Organising magical foodie events reminiscent of her childhood, Amanda plans each menu around the seasons, the location and the tastiest ingredients she can find.
Amanda focuses on Supper Clubs and small private hires, where a table for up to 30 can be constructed in the Wilds of Scotland in remote locations throughout the year. Dinners are hosted in Forests, Lochs and any other beautiful space that holds that magic.
Amanda’s love of sharing big plates of rustic, delicious, organic food comes into its own and all of her events are totally sustainable. They recycle, reuse, upcycle, compost and the best bit, they host a lunch the next day to finish up any leftovers from the night before.
